All Big Wheels Truck Alignment outlets have the ability to make custom U-Bolts to suit a large range of vehicles. Sizes from 3/8” through to the massive 1 ¼” and lengths of 10” to 50”.

 

U-Bolts can usually be manufactured the same day, so saving many hours or days in downtime. We can accommodate for round top, semi-round top and large square top U-Bolts.

 

All rods are made from top quality 1541v steel imported from the USA (not available in Australia). This allows the rods to be cold formed with no loss of tensile strength.

 

The threads are rolled also adding to the strength of the U-Bolt.
